Trikona Yoga 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training

In these 21 days you will encounter with a purposeful journey full of sensations, new experiences, treasured ancient knowledge, introspection and awareness.


Combining modern teaching techniques with ancient wisdom, we will work with you to deepen your understanding of the yoga practice and lifestyle, no matter your level of practice.


You will be encouraged to challenge yourself physically and spiritually and will emerge from the 200Hr yoga course ready to practice and teach safely with confidence and skill.


Most of our students coming of these trainings are not coming to teach professionally as their main reason to join is to deepen their own personal knowledge and journey with Yoga. Many of them leave with a newly found vocation of spreading this practice to as many people as possible by becoming full time Yoga teachers.


With this certification, you are qualified to teach Yoga anywhere in the world!

What we offer

Teacher Training For

Hatha


The main Yoga linage practiced during the course will be Hatha (as is the origen of all Asanas).


The evening practice will be Yin, as this slower pace, meditative version of Asanas is the perfect way to integrate the learnings and discoveries of the day.


What you will learn:


  • How to safely perform primary and intermediate Asanas
  • How to create a balanced sequence
  • How to adjust and redirect students
  • Teaching Methodology

Teacher Training For

Pranayama & Meditation


With daily practices, you will be able to master different techniques of Pranayama and Meditation, to then safely lead your own future practitioners in their paths. Different linages of meditation will be practiced, both to enable to learn different teaching styles and to find your own way to settle the mind.


What you will learn:


  • Different Pranayama and Meditation techniques
  • How to safely incorporate Bandhas, Mantras and Mudras
  • Where this techniques come from and their benefits
  • How to lead a safe and balanced practice

Comprehensive knowledge on

Yoga History, Ethics, Philosophy & Anatomy


You will learn the authentic Yoga tradition in all its different aspects.


One of the benefits of participating in a group training is that there are so many different minds and believes, to enable great debates and to raise the level of consciousness.

  • The 8 limbs of Yoga

Deep immersion into

Ayurveda

lifestyle


Ayurveda encourages certain lifestyle interventions and natural therapies to regain a balance between the body, mind, spirit and environment. For this reason, we give to this science a lot of attention both in the classroom and outside it. All our meals will be prepared with the Ayurvedic principles in mind.


Ayurveda inspired:


  • Vegan or Vegetarian meals
  • Seasonal, local and organic produce
  • Use and conversation about spices and their importance
  • Assimilation of different daily routines
